The American Anthropologist style guide can be found here (page 7 provides information on how to use in text citations, WHICH YOU MUST DO, and pp. 10-14 have one possible bibliographic style)

Here are some helpful resources about the general process of writing book reviews (just remember that for this assignment you have to specifically reference our class readings and lectures in the text of your review -- how they relate to the material in the book):

You might also try looking for reviews in anthropological journals such as the American Journal of Physical Anthropology or those found in AnthroSource. These can be accessed through the Bailey Howe electronic journals.
